Each year we add and lose, usually for good reasons (retirement, job change, family needs), friends who partner with us financially. In 2017 we averaged about $1000 a month below our approved budget, and approaching year's end, we lost another $400 in monthly support from long term supporters whose situation had changed.  Starting this year, some new and current donors have stepped up and pledged an additional $310 monthly which really helps offset the deficit.

Would you be in a position to consider a special gift? It would be greatly appreciated. Or would you be able to join our monthly support team with a monthly gift of $50 to $75? That would really help!

As we consider the remaining years that God may give us, we are planning another 4 to 5 years in “full-time” status with The Navigators. I am not using the term “retirement”, for we plan to continue to engage in ministry much as we are now. We won't retire from ministering to others, but how we will receive funds will change. In a few years we anticipate changing to a part-time status with The Navs and will continue to receive support for a part-time salary and also ministry expenses.
